Hi, I’m Jackie.

I'm an author and speaker in Toronto, Canada.

Years ago, I was a stressed-out, anxious lawyer. The daily struggle with anxiety took a toll, and I eventually burned out and had to stop working because my life was falling apart: depression, health issues, relationship problems, alcohol dependence... you name it.

The day I hit rock bottom, I finally realized that I needed to change. I started to face my anxiety. I came face to face with past trauma. I learned to sit with and process my emotions rather than run away from them. I learned to accept and love myself. I studied how the human mind works and learned to master my own mind.

I used to think that life was nothing but suffering.

Now, I live a life of joy, meaning, and service.

As a psychotherapist and coach, I help people free themselves from the prison of their minds, discover their gifts, and create a life of their dreams.
